HUNTMASTER strives to serve our customers and provide them with ultimate spearfishing and diving products, coupled with superior customer service. We understand that apart of this service is that after an online purchase, you want your products to be delivered as quick as possible!

 

Domestic Shipping (Across all Australia):

Flat Fee of $15

Free for orders over $200.00

All products ordered domestically that are in stock should arrive between 1-3 business days of making an order. This depends on the size of your product and if we are in a heavy sales period, meaning transport companies are also busy fulfilling other orders.

Rest assured, if there are any extended delays or issues of back ordering, we will be in contact with you regularly and keep you notified of the shipment status.

Note: Australian Offshore Islands and Territories may incur additional postage costs. This also applies to free shipping campaigns and offers.

Delivery costs are much higher for these areas meaning adjustments may be made with our customer service contact team and the buyer.

International Shipping (Customs, Tariffs and Taxes)

All products ordered internationally that are in stock should arrive between 7-30 business days of making an order depending on the size of your product and if we are in a heavy sales period, meaning transport companies are also busy fulfilling other orders.

Rest assured, if there are any extended delays or issues of back ordering, we will be in contact with you regularly and keep you notified of the shipment status.

Express International Shipments:

Express shipment is also an option if needed urgently. You can contact our staff on customercare@huntmaster.com when making an order for additional express shipping costs

Customs, Taxes and Duties:

Different countries have different customs regulations and some may charge taxes on products purchased. Even though this doesn’t occur regularly, if it does, the purchaser must cover the costs incurred for tax clearances or duties.

Some countries also have strict restrictions on allowing prohibited items into their country like, spearguns, dive knives and other related items. Please check with your local authorities and customs office to make sure your allowed to bring them into your country before placing an order.
